Tabi boots in black on mid heel

The iconic Tabi boots in black, in a softest black nappa leather. They wrap around your foot like a glove, you can wear them with any outfit, as they are quite closely shaped to the body. The heel is solid and gives you great support, and for this season a new heel height has been developed that is lower than the usual 8 cm. Here it is a comfortable 5,5 cm. 

The split toe shape and special clips closure on the side is a  reinterpretation by Martin Margiela of the traditional Tabi-socks worn by the Japanese since the 15th century. The creation of these Tabi boots by Margiela dates back 30 years now. They continue to be a very wanted item since then. 

They fit true to size. The toe is round shaped. The leather is deliciously soft and the heel is non covered.
